To hire your skis in Val d’Isère, Tignes or any other Haute Tarentaise resort, find out how the EPEAK Ride service works at every stage, from booking to your arrival in the resort and right through to the end of your stay.

Secured payment
Select one of our partner’s chalets or contact us for any particular request. Confirm your booking via the various secure online payment platforms.

Personal info
Once it’s confirmed, check your order and your personal account. Please fill in the information as accurately as you can, as this will help us to provide most appropriate equipment for each person.

We prepare your order
Once the payment is received and your personal information completed, our team will start preparing your order. We will pre-set the bindings at your size and weight, to optimise the process. We will stay in touch with you or your chalet’s owner, to coordinate the delivery.

We bring your equipment to you
Our team will deliver your equipment to your chalet, take time to find the perfect fit for each member of your crew and adjusting the bindings if necessary. If the boots don’t fit, we have spare ones in the van. It’s all good !

Available 7 days a week
Our office is open everyday to answer your calls. We are happy to help with any problem you might encounter, and replace any piece of equipment that doesn’t meet your expectations, whatever it is. Use WhatsApp to reach us.

We collect the equipment
All good things must come to an end, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. Leave your equipment in the same place we delivered it and we’ll come to pick it up. That’s all you have to do, thank you and see you next time !
