Order creation
Once your information received, our team will create your order. Depending on the resort, dates and equipment requested, a quote for your approval will be sent to you shortly.

Secure payment
Confirm your order and finalise your booking via the various secure online payment platforms. Then you will receive a confirmation email.

Order preparation
Our team will prepare your order and, to optimise the process, pre-set the bindings to your size and weight. We will stay in touch with you or your chalet’s owner to coordinate the delivery.

Delivery
Our team will deliver your equipment straight to your chalet, help you try on the boots and adjust the bindings if necessary. With extra boots in each van, we will find the perfect fit for you.

Available 7 days a week
If pain prevents you from skiing, our office is open everyday to answer your calls. We are happy to help with any problem you might encounter, a swap before a snowfall, a question, etc., please use WhatsApp to reach us.

We collect the equipment
All good things must come to an end, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. Leave your equipment in the same place we delivered it and we’ll come to pick it up. That’s all you have to do, thank you and see you next time !
